Okay People, let me introduce myself to you guys - This is Navya Joseph, an Electronics Engineer by degree , an MBA Aspirant by choice and a Senior Software Engineer by err... Profession.. :)

So what is this blog for? Well...lets see.. This is for all Working Engineers (any profile any degree, i dont care :)) who have something to share - maybe your day @ work, how pushy your boss is , your passions other than your "work", your experiences @ work, how you tackle situations and most importantly, what you love about your job!

And hey! this is no naukri.com .. no self-publishing necessary :) aint work !

    From last two days i am writing my ass off...articles, management insights, smses, marketing emailers, emails, and what not. Constant meetings and now i have to write more...:-p

    HAHA! Well you just wrote yours! I have been filling up my management college admission forms using my Office prop :) (pc, electricity,scanner,printer,SALARY) and m loving it. Thats wat i love abt ma job - It lets you do yours , whatever that may be :)

    Almost done with today's work...sitting alone in office and working now..phewww!!!! Now off to gym then have to finish pending tasks for this week before i leave for rajasthan...

    getting better day by day at executing tasks...and delegating also :) love the feeling when someone reports to you..though not officially and not regularly ...lol...thinking of ways i can harass my subordinate...any suggestions joe? No wonder people turn so demonic when they become boss...power corrupts...:-p

    I hate getting up early...leaves me no option but to come to office before time...in other news...hiring season is back in our office...its going be to be very difficult phase...very tough to get people to work in a start up ...though we are doing good business..hope i get some really awesome and crazy people on board this time...so lets roll....

    new day new issues ...u know i would really love to leave all this office work behind and become a wildlife photographer and documentary filmmaker...i dnt for how long i an handle routine job..although my job is interesting but still ...and this m writing when my boss is sitting right besides me...lol...i like to live dangerously :-p
